When you request a test or share your details, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, the service address where the backflow device is located, and any on-site contact you list. We do not ask for payment details on this website.

We use your information to:

• schedule and perform your backflow testing;
• file your test results with your local water authority for compliance;
• send you invoices, test certificates, and annual reminders; and
• contact you about your service.

We share your test results with your local water authority to satisfy compliance requirements. We use trusted service providers to run this site and our business — website hosting and analytics (Vercel), our database and accounts (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), and payment processing when you pay an invoice (Stripe) — who process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

We use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics (Vercel Speed Insights and Web Analytics) to understand site performance and general usage. These do not build advertising profiles or track you across other websites.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, and compliance obligations. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.
